• All bidding will be done online only.
• Each lot - every item being offered - will be listed in an Internet catalog with images.
• Only the software program will record bid amounts and actual identities. Neither the identity of the high bidder nor the amount of the highest bid will be revealed to anyone.
• The highest bidder for each lot will be determined by the Liveauctioneers.com software program. Both absentee bids and live Internet bids will be accepted.
• Winning bidders will be notified by email and will receive an invoice via email.
• Winning bidders are responsible for payment within a timely manner as outlined.
• All items are sold "as is" and "where is" with no guarantees and no statements of condition unless otherwise noted
• Interested parties are strongly urged to inspect all items during the time provided.
• There will be three (3) inspection periods provided at 5905 Dearborn Street, Mission, KS 66202
  1. Thursday, May 23rd from 2-6 p.m.
  2. Saturday, May 25th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  3. Wednesday, May 29th from 2-6 p.m.
• Bidding will culminate on Thursday, May 30th beginning at 7 p.m. Central time and progressing lot by lot until each lot has been executed and either sold or passed.
• All sales will be subject to 9.15% sales tax on all purchases unless otherwise exempt. A certificate of exemption is absolutely required, no exceptions.
• Purchases must be picked up on one of the two days provided.
• A 10% buyer's premium applies to all purchases.
• Winning bidders will settle for and pick up their winnings at 5905 Dearborn Street, Mission, KS 66202

DATES FOR PAYMENT AND PICK-UP

• Friday, May 31, 2 to 6:30 p.m.
• Saturday, June 1, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

TERMS
Any person placing a bid on any item in this auction thereby confirms their agreement to the following auction terms.

1. Kansas residents will be assessed sales tax of 9.15% on all purchases.
2. A buyer's premium of 10% applies to all purchases.
3. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, Paypal. All items must be paid for prior to loading.
4. Last chance for winning bidders to pickup their items in Mission, Kansas is Saturday, June 1, 2013. After that date alternate arrangements must be made.
5. Dirk T. Soulis Antiques LLC doing business as Dirk Soulis Auctions may assist remote bidders with the arrangement of shipping, and or may, at its own discretion only, undertake the packing and shipping of manageable items for winning bidders. Soulis will have sole discretion in defining ‘manageable’.
6. All items are sold 'AS-IS', 'WHERE IS' WITH NO WARRANTIES OR VALID STATEMENTS OF CONDITION OR COMPLETENESS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. It is the responsibility of the bidder buyer to inspect the merchandise and make all pertinent determinations for themselves during the inspection periods provided.
7. All bidders agree that they are responsible for all won lots including those bid on mistakenly or impulsively.
8. Dirk T. Soulis Antiques LLC, d.b.a. Dirk Soulis Auctions Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw any property from the auction catalog at any point prior to the declaration of a winning bidder and shall have no liability whatsoever for either addition or withdrawal of property.
9. A bid placed by any registered user shall be considered as conclusive proof that the registrant for that user name agrees to be bound wholly to the terms and conditions of this auction as outlined here above.
