Carondelet Estate Services accepts CASH ONLY. Neither CES nor the client are responsible for accidents or injuries. All sales final. We will assist with larger items. This sale will be held in the parking lot at Kalb Electric Company from 8am-5pm Saturday, June 9th. We will distribute numbers starting at 7am. Parking will be allowed in the north side of the AutoZone parking lot, the south side of the Shell station and 4-5 spots will be open in the Kalb lot. I will respond to emails and phone calls.

After 104 years, Kalb Electric is closing. Saturday's parking lot sale is just part of the liquidation of the 10,275 square foot building. The retail shop offers 40% off regular prices seven days a week. The lot sale will be greater depending on the item.
In addition to new-in-the-box, vintage and antique light fixtures, lamps, shades and some bulbs, a large selection of household items will be available including:
-Three Atari consoles, 13 controllers, 49 games and two game-storage units
-Parts boxes
-Ceiling fans
-Toro Lawn mowers
-Bird feeders
-National Cash register
-Leather-top coffee and end tables
-Snowboard
-Jason telescope
-Antique buffer/grinder with stand
-Vintage tractor
-Ludwig snare drum
-Unique Marvelous Marvin Hagler memorabilia
-Mantle clock
We will bring as much out of the building as possible, but we will also lead interested pickers through the warehouse to view two drill presses, a blast cabinet and air compressor, armoir, safe, lockers, and much more. The warehouse contains the family's possessions from previously owned homes and properties.
