Registration
Proper and complete online registration is required to bid. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions and any other announced Terms & Conditions of auction or rules of this site. Auction company has sole discretion on who can and cannot place bids. HGWTllc does not have the ability to register bidders, we use a rented online platform and do not control registrations.
Items Conditions
All items is "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no returns, exchanges, buybacks or refunds. It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinate factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only.
Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read any description and HGWTllc recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. If no preview day is offered please contact us to schedule a time. HGWT llc shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. If description does not match picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called out.
Payment
All items must be paid for in full on Pick Up Day. Payment methods Cash, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover from buyer only. We reserve the right to charge the card on file.
All invoices will be sent out showing a 15% buyers premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. If paying by credit or debit card. Card and drivers license must match
Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases.
Pick Up and Shipping
Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession.
We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate, but you are still responsible for your bids. We do not have alternate days.

Description & Details
This is an online only auction to help with downsizing the estate of Geraldine Brinker. All items sell as is--as received with no attempt to improve. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7 pm on Monday, April 3rd, 2023 with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is at the home on Wednesday, April 5th from Noon til 6. There is a 15% Buyers Premium in effect on all items purchased. Shipping is offered via the local shipper: Going Postal. They will pick up your items from our shop on Tuesday the 11th and will contact you for payment for shipping. If you would like shipping, you will need to respond to your invoice or leave a note to auctioneer when you register. If we are not notified about shipping prior to pick up (April 5th) your items will be left without remediation.

We are not going to wait for you to load things up the stairs and we will not provide assistance to help you get done. If you do not think you can manage removing the items and getting inside your vehicle by 6 PM please do not bid on these lots.
