1. REGISTRATION

Complete and accurate online registration through HiBid is required prior to bidding. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older. PCH Auctions reserves the right to approve or deny any bidder at its sole discretion.

2. LOT CATALOG

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Lot descriptions are for identification only and believed to be accurate, but it is the bidder's responsibility to determine value, condition, and authenticity. The description takes precedence over photos.

No guarantees are made regarding authenticity, age, origin, value, or working condition unless explicitly stated. Measurements and weights are approximate.

Obvious defects observed at the time of listing are disclosed when possible; however, normal wear such as scratches, scuffs, dust, fading, or minor imperfections may not be noted. Buyers should expect reasonable wear consistent with age and use.

Display props, mannequins, stands, shelving, or staging materials are not included unless specifically stated and remain the property of PCH Auctions.

PCH Auctions assumes no liability for errors, omissions, or changes to the auction catalog.

3. PREVIEW

Preview of the auction is done by appointment only and can be arranged by emailing us at pchauctions@pchauction.com or by calling 314.757.3718. Preview appointments are generally available Monday thru Friday from 9am-5pm.

4. BIDDING

All auctions are conducted WITH RESERVE unless explicitly stated otherwise. PCH Auctions and/or consignors reserve the right to accept or reject any bid, withdraw items, or establish minimum prices.

Buyer relies solely on his/her own judgment when bidding. Please take advantage of the opportunity to preview and inspect the items prior to bidding as all bids made are final and subject to these terms and conditions.

Items will be sold to the highest bidder, subject to seller approval and reserve unless stated otherwise.

A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids. Applicable Missouri sales tax will be charged unless proper exemption documentation is provided.

The auction company reserves the right to correct any and all errors that could happen before or during the auction including typographical, clerking errors, or any errors caused by loss of an Internet connection or removal of any item up to the time of final sale. All questions regarding merchandise should be asked before the auction begins.

PCH Auctions, its employees, and/or consignors may place bids in accordance with Missouri law to protect reserve prices.

Your bid is a legally binding contract. By bidding, you agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks and to resolve disputes directly with PCH Auctions.

5. WINNING

At the conclusion of the auction, the credit card on file with HiBid will be automatically charged for all purchases, including applicable buyer's premium, taxes, and shipping (if applicable). An invoice will be emailed to the address associated with your account for your records.

If your account shows you as the winning bidder and you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder. If you do not find it there, contact us promptly.

6. PICKUP, STORAGE FEES & ABANDONED ITEMS

All items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup date and time listed in the auction. Buyers are expected to attend this designated pickup window. All items must be paid for prior to removal. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer at the time of purchase, regardless of when items are picked up.

If a Buyer is unable to attend the scheduled pickup time, an alternate pickup may be arranged only at the discretion and convenience of PCH Auctions. PCH Auctions is not obligated to accommodate alternate pickup requests.

Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup period will be subject to a $5.00 per day late pickup/storage fee beginning on the Monday following the scheduled pickup date. The $5.00 fee will be assessed for each business day PCH Auctions is open, through and including the following Friday, for a maximum charge of $25.00. Any applicable fees must be paid before the items will be released.

All items must be picked up no later than the close of business on that Friday. Any items remaining after that deadline will be considered abandoned and will become the property of PCH Auctions. Abandoned items may be resold, donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled at the sole discretion of PCH Auctions, with no refund or credit issued to the Buyer.

Buyer is responsible for all labor, equipment, and removal of purchased items. No assistance will be provided by PCH staff. Buyer assumes all risk of personal injury or property damage during pickup and agrees to hold PCH Auctions harmless from any related claims.

Buyer is responsible for verifying all items prior to leaving the premises. Items may not be boxed or grouped. Once Buyer or their agent leaves, all claims for missing items or condition are waived. PCH Auctions is not responsible for items left behind or not collected.

7. SHIPPING

We will not ship larger items such as furniture, framed art, and items requiring special packaging. Please verify before bidding if an item can be shipped, as there are no refunds on bids.

Shipping and packaging charges will consist of actual carrier cost of USPS or UPS plus a $10 handling fee per box. All shipping charges will be automatically billed to the credit card on file without prior notification once shipping costs are calculated. Items will ship by the following Wednesday of the auction.

Buyers authorize PCH Auctions to charge their card on file for all shipping-related charges associated with their purchases.

Buyers may not provide their own shipping labels or shipping account numbers. All shipping, if offered, must be arranged and billed directly through us. All sales are final regardless if you decide not to have items shipped. Once items are transferred to the carrier, all risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer. PCH Auctions is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PCH Auctions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any legal action must be brought in Missouri.

10. GENERAL

PCH Auctions reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
