Here are a few things to keep in mind about this barn sale:
This home and barn is located on beautiful 10 acres. This estate will feature amazing home furnishing and decor inside the home including a vast collection of artist prints and beer steins designed by the artist for Anheuser-Busch, Falstaff Beer and other St Louis firms.
The farm and equestrian items will be located in the barn including saddles and a horse trailer, riding mower and a pristine Cadillac! Please be cautious when walking around the barn.

No animals will be present.

PARKING:
All parking will be in the field located on the property, follow the signs. Please be careful when parking and walking in the field, (please see photos to view the parking ).

THE SALE WILL BE RESCHEDULED IF THE GROUND IS WET.

Be cautious since the roadway is narrow at the entrance.

Line tickets will be given out at 8:00 AM on Saturday

All credit cards are accepted as well as cash, but sorry, no personal checks.

You are responsible for loading your purchases, so please plan appropriately.

Since this is estate merchandise, we are not able to take returns. Our staff is on hand to help you thoroughly inspect all items.

All items over $10.00 are barcoded utilizing the latest technology to streamline your purchase.
Checkout is electronic so we get you in and out in a speedy fashion.

We try our best to insure all items pictured are available, but on rare occasions, the owner may decide not to sell an item. Please accept our apology in advance.

No public restrooms are available.
Children must remain with a parent.

Please pay attention to "No Parking" signs as we want to be good neighbors and leave the streets open for normal traffic.
