Ferraro Estate Sale
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2024 from 9AM – 4PM
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2024 from 9AM – 6PM
& SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2024 from 9AM – 2PM
OPENING PROCEDURES:
We do NOT give out numbers or hold places in line.
We open our doors each morning at 9am. ( Everyone will come and gather anywhere from 1 hour to 30 minutes ahead of time. )
We allow all those who came at opening to enter at 9am. We give everyone 5 minutes to walk through the house. At 9:05am we start selling and letting people put items in shopping baskets (a place at the checkout register that allows safe keeping of your items(s) while you continue to shop).
The biggest thing to note is, at 9:05, if two or more people came for the same item, we auction it off. So if the item 3 people came for at opening is $100, we start auctioning it off in a couple of dollar increments until one of the buyers is willing to pay the highest bid. We only do this at the opening. The rest of the day is first-come, first-serve. Sometimes the item you came for is something only you wanted and it's quick and easy shopping! We want you to be prepared for this on highly desired pieces. This is described in our terms of sale and will be discussed at the opening each morning.
This method makes it easier for those who travel long distances to shop our Estate Sales, as holding a place in line is unnecessary.
DNA Management Services is working with the Victor & Jo Ferraro Estate in offering their Personal Property at an Estate Sale open to the public.
The Ferraro’s originated in southeast Kansas (Arcadia and Mulberry). Their stateside residences included Oklahoma, Texas, and here in Nevada. They lived and traveled overseas for much of their married lives, including Brazil and various countries in South America; Spain, England and various countries in Europe. Join us for a spectacular cultural shopping experience!
All items will be priced and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please come prepared to load your larger furniture pieces. Doors open at 9am, with no pre-sales, private viewing, or early entry. All items must be removed by the end of the sale.
