This is an online only auction to liquidate an estate in O'Fallon, MO. All items sell as is, as found with no attempt to improve. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7 pm on Monday, October 9th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on Wednesday, October 11th at the home.At the close of the auction invoices will be sent out from hgwtauctions@gmail.com. This email may be delivered to your Promotions or Spam folders. That email has your pick up info. Please check there prior to calling me looking for an address.There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all successful bids, and we will automatically charge the card on file for all invoices under $1000 UNLESS you leave a note in NOTES TO AUCTIONEERShipping will be handled by Goin Postal in Warrenton, MO (636-456-1853). They will pick up packages from the St. Peters location on Tuesday, October 17th and will call or email you for payment and insurance options. This typically takes 1 week.
