Registration
Proper and complete online registration is required to bid. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions and any other announced Terms & Conditions of auction or rules of this site. Auction company has sole discretion on who can and cannot place bids. HGWTllc does not have the ability to register bidders, we use a rented online platform and do not control registrations.
Items Conditions
All items is "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no returns, exchanges, buybacks or refunds. It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinate factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only.
Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read any description and HGWTllc recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. If no preview day is offered please contact us to schedule a time. HGWT llc shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. If description does not match picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called out.
Payment
All items must be paid for in full on Pick Up Day. Payment methods Cash, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover from buyer only. We reserve the right to charge the card on file.
All invoices will be sent out showing a 15% buyers premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. If paying by credit or debit card. Card and drivers license must match
Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases.
Pick Up and Shipping
Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession.
We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate, but you are still responsible for your bids. We do not have alternate days.

This is an online only auction to liquidate an estate in O'Fallon, MO. All items sell as is, as found with no attempt to improve. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7 pm on Monday, October 9th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on Wednesday, October 11th at the home.At the close of the auction invoices will be sent out from hgwtauctions@gmail.com. This email may be delivered to your Promotions or Spam folders. That email has your pick up info. Please check there prior to calling me looking for an address.There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all successful bids, and we will automatically charge the card on file for all invoices under $1000 UNLESS you leave a note in NOTES TO AUCTIONEERShipping will be handled by Goin Postal in Warrenton, MO (636-456-1853). They will pick up packages from the St. Peters location on Tuesday, October 17th and will call or email you for payment and insurance options. This typically takes 1 week. Please contact them for quotes or questions. If you do not contact us by end of business day on pick up, your items will not be sent with the courier.
