- Outstanding auction--Auction house is loaded w/ goodness so do not miss out. NEW items for xmas gifts, collectibles, furniture, etc. 

 -BIDDING TERMS: ALL items sell as is, where is without guarantee. Come when doors open at 4pm to preview items and be ready to dig as there is a LOT! Auction starts at 6pm inside in our air conditioned & heated building! 

 -Must have a valid ID to get a bidding number day of sale. Terms of payment are CASH or CC only. CC sales will have a 3.75% charge for processing fees. NO CHECKS unless pre-approved by Auctioneer Mike Weber-Owner MSW Auction Co. LLC Per city of O'Fallon, Mo. sales tax will be charged unless you are tax exempt and we have proper paperwork on file for tax purposes.

-Concession stand available w/ great food, drink and sweets! Come hungry day of sale as we will have some good food for you to enjoy!  

-ALL items must be removed day of sale unless arrangements are made prior to bidding with auction co. MSW Auction Co. LLC is not responsible for accidents day of sale and all announcements day of sale take precedence over any auction advertisement stated. MSW Auction does not in any way try to improve or enhance products for sales purposes and once hammer drops buyer is responsible for ALL items won. If it walks off it is the buyer's responsibility not MSW Auction Co. LLC
