Four Belles Estate Sales Terms & Conditions

No presales, pre-pricing or previews except photos on website. We are not able to respond to requests for information or holds on specific items.
We are unable to accept checks as payments. We do accept cash, Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards have a 4% surcharge.
We do not provide movers or packers. Buyers must make arrangements for items to be moved and for moving payments.
All merchandise must be removed no later than close of business on the last day of the sale.
All sales are final.
No large bags may be brought into the sale. We usually have bags and boxes available.
Please be considerate of neighborhood driveways, sidewalks and lawns. No strollers. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
Not responsible for accidents, claims or liabilities of any kind.

Thursday and Friday - 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
All items are full price. Bids are accepted on items priced $50 or more, but bid must be for more than 50% of the marked price. You will be called if you have the top bid.

Saturday - 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Most items will be 50% off the marked price unless otherwise marked OR if a bid has been received for more than 50% off. Items with bids may be purchased for full price or bid upon. Those items will be sold to the highest bidder.
