Non-Refundable $5.00 per item check in fee. Commission Rate: 10% on first $2,000.00, then 6% on balance. A cap of $350.00 on any one item. Checks will be mailed within 2 weeks following the auction. Will possibly sell in 2-3 rings. Announcements made auction day take precedence over all printed material. Auctioneers acting as agents only. Guarantees between buyers and sellers.
