• Items are sold in “as in” condition.
• No refunds, returns or exchanges.
LIABILITY DEFERMENT: The estate is not liable for accidents, injury or loss of property of any kind on site. Visit the property at your own risk and please be careful.
LAST MINUTE CHANGES: Estate may pull anything from the sale or add to the sale.
PRICING: We do not give out prices before the sale starts.
