Following the sale of the real estate the successful buyer will enter into a contract with the seller. A nonrefundable down payment of $10,000 will be paid on day of auction with balance paid approximately 30 days following auction. Possession of farmland will be given after 2023 crop is harvested. Taxes will be prorated to date of closing. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be written.
