Directions:  From Washington, take Hwy 47 South to Union, MO., go West on Hwy 50 to Rosebud, turn South on Hwy 28, turn West on Hwy 19 for approximately 2 miles, sale will be on your right.  Watch for signage.

Please be aware and respect social distancing to our staff and others previewing and picking up items. 

You must take everything in your lot.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE AT THE CLOSE OF THIS AUCTION. Please be sure to check your email.  If you know you won and did not receive an invoice please call Mike @ 314-650-7317 OR Lisa @ 636-584-2560.  We have noticed that some buyers when registering their email, they have incorrectly entered their email and in turn do not receive their invoice.

PLEASE BRING PACKING SUPPLIES AND HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS AND ANY NECESSARY EQUIPMENT/TOOLS TO DISASSEMBLE YOUR ITEMS IF APPLICABLE.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO REMOVE YOUR ITEMS.  THERE WILL NOT BE ANYONE THERE TO LOAD FOR YOU.
