Bidding & Registration
All bidders must be registered and approved prior to bidding.
Bids are binding contracts. Do not bid unless you intend to purchase.
MC Auction House reserves the right to refuse or revoke bidding privileges at any time.
Condition of Items
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
Descriptions and photos are provided as a courtesy and represent our best knowledge; however, all sales are final.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items and ask questions before bidding.
Payment
Payment is due within the timeframe stated in the auction (typically within 48 hours).
Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit card, Square, or other methods stated in the auction listing.
Buyer’s Premium & Taxes
A buyer’s premium may apply and will be disclosed in each auction.
Applicable sales tax will be charged unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is on file prior to payment.
Pickup
Local pickup dates, times, and locations will be stated in the auction listing.
Buyers are responsible for bringing proper tools, labor, and transportation.
Failure to pick up items during the stated pickup window may result in forfeiture without refund.
Shipping
Shipping is not automatic unless stated.
Buyers requesting shipping must contact MC Auction House before payment.
Shipping and handling costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
MC Auction House is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or loss once items are shipped.
Items will not be released until payment is received and cleared.
Non-Payment
Non-paying bidders may be blocked from future auctions.
Items not paid for may be resold at the auctioneer’s discretion.
Liability
MC Auction House is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage during preview or pickup.
Buyers enter pickup locations at their own risk.
Auctioneer’s Discretion
MC Auction House reserves the right to:
Withdraw items
Correct errors
Cancel or reschedule auctions
Resolve disputes at its sole discretion
