***This is a multiple level townhome. There is a bedroom and living area on the top floor, bedroom, living area, kitchen and patio on the main level, and a living space, storage areas, work out area and outdoor patio on the lower level. The garage is loaded with outdoor living and camping gear.
***Be prepared for steps, limited space, help moving and loading your items. We, nor our client, are responsible for accidents.
***All items are sold in as is, as found condition. All Sales are Final as with most estate sales, please verify condition before purchasing. We make every attempt to sell only working, non broken and clean items, however once purchased, there are no returns or refunds.
***Cash payment is preferred, thus a discount of 3% for all cash payments are given.
