Small estate sale in Park Hills, Mo

Due to HOA regulations there will be NO estate signs posted!
All items are AS IS WHERE IS, we are not responsible for any accidents. CASH ONLY SALE. All sales are final with no returns. Any electronics can be tested prior to purchase. Large items that are purchased will need to be picked up during the days of the sales. Help will be available for carrying larger items out. Should someone want a large item and need it delivered, we will be able to offer a delivery with a delivery charge, and it would be taken care of AFTER the sale is over at the end of the day. Some items will be marked MAKE OFFER. NO EARLY BIRDS! The sale will start at 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Entry to the sale will be through the garage and everyone will exit through the front door in order to keep a steady flow of traffic during the sale. We ask that nobody walks through the grass. We will have some bags and boxes available, but we ask that you have something on backup should you get more than expected. Thursday and Friday will be full price days, and Saturday will be 75% off.
