Will sell the real estate and personal property of the late Leslie Jr. and Jean Hunt at 1135 PCR 800, Perryville, MO 63775. From Hwy. 51 take St. Joseph (T) to Sycamore (near Seminary Picnic Grounds) then Left on Sandstone and 1 Mile to Auction on Left. Watch for auction signs.

Approximately 12.2 Acres (9.5-10 tillable acres / 2-3 wooded acres) located on PCR 806. From Hwy. 51, Take St. Joseph (T) past Seminary Picnic Grounds to PCR 806 on Right. Go 3/10 Mile to Land on the Left. Just past the Bouey Plant.
Property will sell at 12:00 noon from the Auction Location on PCR 800.
The owner has the right to accept or reject the final bid.
