Door will open promptly at start time.

We do not close early! We may be open later, if our signs are out we are open.

No line numbers will be given out. First come, first serve. We reserve the right to limit the amount of people allowed in the house at one time.

All prices will be firm on Saturday. Price reductions will start on Sunday.

Bags, backpacks and large purses are not allowed. We provide bags for your purchases.
WE WILL PROSECUTE SHOPLIFTERS.
We will not tolerate price switching. If you are seen switching price tags you will be asked to leave.

Bring your own help and tools for all furniture and large purchases. We are not staffed to help move/load large items.

We never presell. We do everything possible to ensure that all items listed/pictured are available at the start of the sale however, sometimes the family will pull an item just prior. We will do our best to make corrections to the listing when this happens.

All items are sold as is. All sales are final. No returns are accepted.

We do not disclose pricing via phone, text, email, IM, fax, smoke signal or carrier pigeon. Please don't ask!

We accept cash, a good check with proper I.D. (your I.D. will be photographed), credit/debit cards with proper I.D. (your I.D. will be photographed). A 2.75% convenience fee will apply on all credit/debit cards
