This 2-Day Online-Only Auction is conducted by United Country Birdsong Auction & Real Estate. Day 1 bidding begins closing Monday, November 2, 2026, at 6:00 PM, and Day 2 bidding begins closing Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 6:00 PM. Bidders must register separately for each auction, as purchases will be billed individually. An 18.5% buyer's premium, including credit card fees, applies to smaller items, while cars and trucks are subject to a reduced 10% buyer's premium. All purchases under $5,000 must be paid by credit card. Vehicles and purchases of $5,000 or more may be paid by cash, wire transfer, or certified funds, with an additional 3.5% credit card fee applicable to larger purchases paid by card. Payment in full is required by 3:00 PM the day following the applicable auction, and unpaid balances may be charged to the bidder's registered credit card. No sales tax will be charged for this auction, except applicable vehicle title transfer taxes. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties, refunds, or returns. Buyers are responsible for arranging pickup or shipping at their own expense within the designated removal period. Items not removed within the required timeframe may incur storage fees of $10 per lot, per day, and may be forfeited without refund. Shipping is available at the buyer's expense.
