Payment must be made before you pick your items. We only accept payment through HiBid system. We do not carry cash nor accept cash.

Handling Fee:
Due to increased costs, KCTC has implemented a $1.00 Handling Fee for each lot on Estate Auctions.

All Sales are final, with the exception of the following:
1. Item does not match the item purchased.
2. Item is in different condition than represented.

Inspect items before leaving. No refunds after leaving.

Shipping: When shipping is needed, your card will be charged with all applicable charges, less shipping. Once that clears, all items will be packaged as needed, then shipping charges will be calculated. You will be notified of these charges, and shipping will conclude once that is paid.

Bidding Notice: This is an Online - Internet Only - Timed Auction. All bidding activity will take place online. When bidding, just enter your maximum bid. The system will bid on your behalf using only what it needs to keep you in the lead. This feature is the surest way to win the items you're interested in at the lowest possible price. We have a two-minute soft close policy on each lot. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within two minutes of the lot’s initial closing time, a two-minute extension would be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for two minutes.

This auction is on consignment and has a reserve price per lot.

Local Pickup, Shipping Offered on most items. Unsure if an item will fit? Take a clothing item in your possession that fits well, and measure the dimensions, then compare those dimensions to the item measurements in the listing photos. This should give a good idea of how the item will fit! All items are preowned, some are New with Tag, but most are used. All items are in good condition!
