It's a 35 minute beautiful drive

We accept cash and major credit cards; a convenience fee is assessed on credit card sales; the terms will be posted at the cash register. All sales are final and all items are sold "as is."
If you are purchasing large items such as furniture, let us know prior to purchase if you cannot take them with you immediately. We will work with you as we can but we do have constraints as we are working with our sellers.
We will have sacks, boxes, etc. but it’s always best to plan ahead and bring something to carry your finds.
We will pre-sale large items such as large appliances and furniture. Once an item is sold prior to the sale, we will mark it as sold.
Join Friends of Hippie Chick Estate Sales and receive invitations to preview sales the day before the sale opens. Details and the opportunity to sign up will be provided at sales.
We are not responsible for accidents.
Each sale will have discounts as the sale progresses. The normal schedule will be:
Day One: Full Price
Day Two: 50% Off; At noon, we will close for about 15 minutes; re-open for 75% off closeout
There will be specials throughout the sale that will be advertised at the sale.
