This is a great estate sale if you are looking for quality items, both furniture and otherwise.  This mid-century modern home is located on the outskirts of Rolla and has many, many quality pieces of antique furniture.  There are also mid-century modern items throughout the house.  The Howe's also supported local art and have some great pieces in their collection.  Some of the best pieces may include a matching set of Eastlake Library Tables, a walnut hand-carved dresser (absolutely gorgeous), very nice pieces of jewelry, Armani statue, Murano Glass Lamp, many, many chairs (including wingbacks, rocking chairs, and couches), a fantastic antique dining room table and four chairs, musical instruments, and a marble top table.  There are so many items that you can't even describe.  There is also a hand cart from an old mine or an early factory.  The cart is in great condition and these are not easy to find.

BIDDING PROCESS:  There will be a bidding process on the first day of the sale, where you can make a bid on an item over $50.00.  This process is where you will bid somewhat over half price if you want the piece before it is reduced to half price.  This ensures you getting the item and not beating the crowd on the half price day.  For example, there is an item priced at $100.00.  You leave a bid for $55.50 and your bid is the highest of all the bids received on that item....you will be notified Saturday evening and you can come pick up and pay for your item on Sunday.  I will have bid sheets the day of the sale.

Pricing will be full price on the first day (February 24th) and price reductions will be taken on Sunday, February 25th. Further price reductions will be taken throughout the day.

Schedule:

February 24th --Full Price 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

February 25th-- 50% reduction 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

75% price reduction from 2:30-5:00 -- We will have people leave the house at 2:00 and return at 2:30 for the 75% off sale.

Jewelry items have been authenticated by local jeweler.  Some items may not be reduced, but most everything will be discounted.
