PLEASE READ....This is a really unusual situation and sale! The client had to quickly liquidate 2 properties about a year ago. She packed everything up and had it moved into this warehouse/office space. Unfortunately the people that she hired to move it were less than helpful and threw and piled everything as you see it in the before pics. Keep in mind that a lot of work had been done before these pics were even taken, so it was even worse than you see! Because of the way they handled things, a lot was damaged, etc. After dealing with this, as well as serious health issues, she finds herself needing to get out of this space by the end of January..SO..here we are trying to help her!

We are unpacking, disposing of broken and trash, and attempting to get things to a point where you can at least see what's here. The volume is outrageous. We probably won't have time to clean and wash..and there's no hot water, even pricing is questionable..BUT we will do all that we can to make this workable.

***ADDED THURSDAY...We're putting on more photos. Have to say though, this place is TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL. We needed a month and twice the space, but unfortunately we had neither. You will definitely need to bring your patience..we've done the best that we can!! There are boxes underneath and behind, and many that haven't even been touched..so we have no clue what's in them. Feel free to dig, but remember, please be patient and understanding!! PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR MORE PHOTOS FRIDAY.

***ADDED PHOTOS FRIDAY*** There is SO much stuff here and as much as we've tried and as much time as we've put in, the back warehouse is still full and overwhelming!! I'm serious when I say you'll need patience, but there's some fun stuff here!!
