6.) All items are being offered for sale as-is, where-is, with ALL FAULTS

7.) All items are being offered for sale with NO expressed or implied warranties or guarantees

9.) SHIPPING -

* All shipping arrangements will be made SOLELY by the purchaser.

* NO in-house shipping is available.

* Estate Auction Pros, LLC will NOT be held liable for any damage / loss during shipment claims.

* Estate Auction Pros, LLC will NOT get involved in any shipping disputes.

* It is advisable that you have your item(s) shipped insured.

* Shipping MUST BE COMPLETED no later than 4 weeks from the day the auction ends.

* If shipping CANNOT BE COMPLETED within the 4 week time frame, a $100 per day storage fee will apply

* All storage fees must be paid for in full prior to vehicle being picked up, shipped, and title transfered.

10.) IN-PERSON PICK UP -

* You will have to show a government issued photo I.D. (NO exceptions)

* PRIOR TO LOADING, you and your help will sign a hold harmless agreement absolving the auction company, and all sellers from liability for any injuries or damage during pick up, shipping, and post sale.

* There will be NO on-site packing materials or help available to load your item(s).

11.) ITEM DESCRIPTIONS -

* Prior to bidding, you agree to WAIVE all reliance on item descriptions.

* All item descriptions are considered opinions only

* All item descriptions were derived from sources believed to be correct, but there is NO guarantee

* You agree to hold the auctioneer and all sellers HARMLESS for any errors and/or omissions

* All measurements are close approximations

* In some instances, the digital camera flash may alter an item's appearance. This is not an acceptable reason for a return / refund request
