Auction Terms & Conditions apply. See Hi-bid link for details. This is an online only auction with no preview. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS WITH NO GUARANTEES and all sales are final. All bidders must complete online registration in order to bid in this auction and must be at least 18 years of age in order to bid. from other auction companies. 2 Pickin Chicks Auction does its best to describe all items presented for auction, but you are the judge of all items true value and authenticity. We do not recommend bidders to rely on pictures or description only, but to use these in conjunction with their personal knowledge as to an items condition and value. If at any time an items picture and description do not match, the description will always take precedence of what item is in the designated lot up for sale. There is a 15% buyers premium associated with this auction. Bidder waives their right to any credit card chargebacks for items and understands there are NO exchanges refunds or returns after items leave the property.
Any items left after the scheduled pick up are forfeited without refund. You may also be charged a removal fee for the items not picked up. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items during pick up day and time.
Bring help to move large furniture items along with packing material and boxes for small fragile items

It is winning bidders responsibility to safely remove all items won and not damage any surrounding structures or vehicles in parking spaces upon pickup.
Orders over $500 require photo ID at pick up to ensure credit card payment matches buyer. Orders over $100 will require a signature.

Join us for this Saint Charles Estate Auction as we help a client who has relocated out of state liquidate the remaining contents of their clean and well-maintained, pet-free and smoke-free home! While this is a smaller auction, you'll find a nice selection of quality furniture, outdoor furnishings, appliances and everyday household items. Highlights include a $1,400+ Amish Poly Lumber 3-Piece Patio Glider Set, a $2,000+ Paula Deen Home Solid Wood Dining Set with matching buffet, and an LG washer and dryer set conveniently located on the main floor.
**IMPORTANT PICKUP INFORMATION: WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2 PM–6 PM ONLY** Due to a strict closing date on this home, all purchases MUST be picked up during the designated pickup window. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Items are located on the main floor and in the basement. There is NO walkout basement, and all basement items must be carried up the stairs. We will have limited staff and CANNOT assist with moving or loading purchases. Items lotted 101 through 213 are in the basement.
All bidders MUST bring adequate help, appropriate vehicles and any necessary tools to safely dismantle, remove and load their items. Please bid accordingly and make arrangements BEFORE bidding. Thank you!
