All items sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. We do not provide shipping nor moving services. Please bring your own help and vehicle for large items.
No returns or exchanges.
No backpacks or large bags will be permitted.
We do not share pricing pre-sale. We also do not share photographs of all the items in the sale beforehand - we believe in the fun of the hunt! A taste of what is available below.

The Troviere Cordially Invites You to Join Us at an Estate Sale Event

Where: St. Charles, MO

When: March 23 - 24 from 9am-3pm

What: A Troviere Estate Sale Event. Come ready to hunt for one-of-a-kind finds.  This house is full of treasures - designer lamps and furniture, framed art, antiques, Howard Miller grandfather clock, kitchen and laundry appliances, basket collection, indoor florals, tools, bedroom furniture and mattress sets, lawn equipment, ladders and much more. 

We offer three ways to experience our event.  Please see below to find what works best for you.

 

The Early Bird:  3/23 9-10am

We will be opening the home at 9am on Saturday for a first look experience.  For $5 per person, you can enter the home first, before anyone else, with a limited number of other shoppers.  We only allow for 20 Early Birds at a time to ensure a comfortable shopping experience. There will also be refreshments available for your enjoyment. Tickets can be purchased at the door and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.  The home will open to the public at 10am.

The Collector: 3/23 10am - 3pm

The estate sale will open to the public at 10am.  All items are priced but we are open to accepting offers. 

The Deal Hunter: 3/24 9am-3pm

All items will be discounted 50% on Sunday.  We will be open to accepting offers.
