START TIME:   Bidding Starts at 6:00 AM

PREVIEW DAY: WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 12^TH,   2022, 2-6 PM

LOCATION: 406 West Lake Drive, St Clair, MO  63077

Directions: In St Clair at the intersection of Hwy 30 and Hwy PP, Turn onto Hwy PP (also know as Sycamore Lane), turn right onto Lakeshore Drive and continue around the lake making a left turn at the fork.  At the fork, West Lake Drive is on the left along with the residence.  You must take everything in your lot. 

 Starting the NEW YEAR with a NEW Procedure!!!  Our staff will not be taking any un-picked up items with us even if paid for. If you can't pick up your item or have someone else pickup your item on the designated day, Please DO NOT BID. All items not picked up will be disposed of, no exceptions.  Make arrangements to pick up your items on the pick up day.

END:  TUESDAY, JANUARY 18^TH, AT 6:00 PM

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE AT THE CLOSE OF THIS AUCTION. Please be sure to check your email.  If you know you won and did not receive an invoice please call Mike @ 314-650-7317.  We have noticed that some buyers when registering their email, they have incorrectly entered their email and in turn do not receive their invoice.

PICK UP DAY:  Thursday, January 20th, 2022 from 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm

PLEASE BRING PACKING SUPPLIES AND HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS AND ANY NECESSARY EQUIPMENT/TOOLS TO DISASSEMBLE YOUR ITEMS IF APPLICABLE.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO REMOVE YOUR ITEMS.  THERE WILL NOT BE ANYONE THERE TO LOAD FOR YOU.
