• All merchandise is sold as-is and where-is, with no warranties, guarantees, refunds or exchanges. Please inspect and test items before purchasing.
• We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay and Cash App. No checks, please.
• Purchased items must be paid for before they are removed from the property.
• Buyers are responsible for moving and loading their purchases. Please bring adequate help, tools and an appropriate vehicle for large or heavy items. Sale staff cannot guarantee loading assistance.
• All purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale unless other arrangements are approved.
• Please use only the designated off-street parking area and respect neighboring driveways, yards, mailboxes and property.
• Please watch your step and use caution throughout the home and property. The property owner and sale organizers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss or damage to personal property.
• Children must remain with and be supervised by an adult at all times.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, remove items from the sale and refuse service when necessary.

PART TWO: A WHOLE NEW SALE — STORAGE UNITS FULL OF ANTIQUES!
We emptied the remaining storage units, and there was SO much more than we ever expected! Because of the sheer amount we have to unpack, sort, price and set up, Part Two will now be SATURDAY & SUNDAY, giving us Friday as an extra day to prepare.
EVERYTHING WILL BE 50% OFF SUNDAY!
Much of what came out of storage belonged to the family’s parents, so this round brought out an incredible amount of older and antique pieces that were not available during Part One.
