*The Madget Living Estate Sale represents an important gathering of antiques, architecture and heirlooms of St. Joseph, Missouri dating before the Civil War to present day from one of St. Joseph's notable families. Many of the items for sale are an actual part of the house, built into the actual construction of the home.
