1) A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid to arrive at the final sale price.
2) Payment will be charged to credit card on file with the auction company.
3) Open House Preview: Saturday, February 23, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
4) Bidding begins to end at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 27. There will be a staggered ending, with 2 lots ending each subsequent minute until all lots are sold. Each lot is subject to extended bidding, meaning that any bid within the last 4 minutes of bidding time will extend bidding for an extra 4 minutes. This will continue until there is a 4 minute span without bids.
5) Item Pick-Up: Purchases may be picked up on Monday, March 4, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; and on Tuesday, March 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Items will be picked up at 710 N. Tucker Blvd., St. Louis, MO (accessible from N. 11th Street; complementary parking available within the building's parking garage accessed from Convention Plaza on the north side).

Furniture brands represented are Baker, Henredon, Century, Thomasville, Pottery Barn, et al.
A selection of floor coverings include a high quality Ziegler Mahal style Pakistani carpet.
Artwork being sold representing artists Peter Lik, Donny Finley, Indigo Suzani, Liz Jardine, et al.
All of this is complemented by beautiful lamps, statuary, vases, and decorative boxes by John-Richard, Wildwood, Maitland Smith, Horchow, et al., with much of the collection coming from Edwin Pepper Interiors of Clayton.
Also, 5 large flat screen televisions, sound system equipment, and a like new video projector from the home's integrated theater.
