***THIS IS IN A HIGH-RISE CLAYTON BUILDING. IT'S OK TO PARK IN THE GARAGE SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO FEED THE METERS. THERE IS USUALLY NOBODY MONITORING THE GARAGE***

This is not a business closing, but a law office where a partner has retired and the office space is being downsized.The attorney is someone we worked for previously, so we're trying to help him through this process.

Please check out the photos. The mid-century modern furniture was furnished from Famous Barr in 1965 when this office was decorated.

Please keep in mind that this is used furniture. The mid-century desk hadn't been cleaned since it was new. I did the best I could with what I had to work with, and it's amazing compared to what it was..but it could definitely use a good deep cleaning and revitalizing with an appropriate product. It definitely has super potential to be awesome again!

The cushions on the sofa are crunchy, so will need to be replaced, but the frame is very cool.

The bar is awesome, but the built-in refrigerator doesn't work. Not sure if it just needs freon or if it needs replacing.

There is some really cool stuff here, along with good and usable furniture, file cabinets, etc.

Sale will be from noon to 5 on Tuesday, Feb. 23. Arrangements can be made for pick-up if you can't take it with you.

We will either have someone in the building lobby to direct you where to go, or a sign by the elevators. Hope to see you there!
