We usually have help for loading unless noted.
All items in sale are photographed after setup. These items are owned by the client up to and until the opening of the sale and could be removed without notice. As a known and reputable estate sale company, we do our best to make sure all items photographed are included in the sale, but we cannot control what our clients do. We hope you can understand when these things happen. Thank you.
By attending the sale you understand that you are relieving MoMo of any responsibility of any accidents on the premises.
As always, thank you so much for attending our sales. Some sales are logistically difficult. But, what makes it easier is nice, pleasant people like 99% of our customers. We appreciate you all. But that 1% who drive on neighbors lawns, crash into other customers cars, talk negatively about everything while waiting to enter the sale, park in front of driveways… those people we would appreciate simply staying home.

Description & Details
Special night as we sell the contents of The Judson House & owner Stan Jones, a longtime St. Louis building renovator art artist, art gallery curator. This estate is located directly across the street from the Contemporary Art Museum and Pulitzer. Stan spent more than 20 years artfully rebuilding his midtown historic home and art studio. It is beautiful and we are excited to hold this event for the family. We will be having a special evening sale, as this will be the FIRST FRIDAY of December, and the Contemporary Art Museum will be open late and will offer free admission, so make a night of it! Refreshments!
Friday NIGHT 5pm - 9pm NEW! We are doing LINE numbers at 4pm Friday! ( the new owners who are always important to us, have got numbers one and two just so you know before you come)
Satuday 9-3pm
It's just street parking. You may have to walk a block or less. Pay parking lots all around.
