ADDED PICS TUES. 1/14..

We put a new battery in the Corvette and it fired right up. Sounds great! It has 77,700 miles on it. I've shown some new pics..the engine is very clean. We found 2 small areas of minor scratches..on the nose and on the passenger side mirror. I've tried to show photos. The tires are good all around. Overall this is a really well taken-care-of car, always garaged and loved! Hope to have a starting price by tomorrow evening. *Forgot to mention that the car is a 6-speed*

This is actually a duplex, with the other unit around the corner. The only thing in there are some older appliances, which I've shown pics of. They are all working and for sale, and will be priced to sell. Anyone interested, just ask and we can let you in to check them out.

Added a few more pics Wed. 11/15. Still working with the attorney to get asking price for Corvette. Hope to have it Thursday.

***CORVETTE INFO*** Wanted to let everyone that's interested in the Corvette know that there will be a slight delay in the availability of the title. The duplicate has been ordered by the attorney, but it may be a week or so (hopefully sooner) before it's received. Anyone who buys the car will just need to make a down payment, will receive a receipt and bill of sale, and will be dealing with the atty. to pay the balance and receive the clear title when it's received. He's a super nice guy and will be easy to work with. *** Sorry, by time I found this out, it was too late to postpone the sale.

**STILL waiting on a price for the Corvette from the atty and estate representative. I've been trying for days to get this info for you. As soon as I have it, I will add it here. Sorry!!**

****Finally got it..asking/starting price on the Corvette will be $13,000****(have a little wiggle room if necessary)
