This is a cash carry sale. There is limited parking so expect to walk a bit. Larger items must be paid for up front and picked up by 3PM on June 11th. All sales are final, it is the buyers responsibility to inspect all items to their satisfaction before purchase, no returns. The seller is not responsible for accidents. There are narrow doorways and steps, some items are in basement and garage. Please bring help to load larger items.
