This is a very small apartment that's full. Nice people, needed help.

Truly no space for tables (or people) so unsure how it's all going to work! There are some nice things here, including some antiques and useful and usable things.

This is a 1 day sale, so if you plan to buy appliances or large items, please come prepared. If absolutely necessary we could meet someone Sunday afternoon for pick-up. Prices will definitely be flexible, we want the stuff to find new homes!
