Lee's Trinkets Estate Sale Terms & Conditions
Thank you for shopping with us! Please review the following terms before making your purchase.
1. **All Sales Are Final.** No refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for any reason.
2. **Items Sold As-Is.** All merchandise is pre-owned, used, or previously owned unless otherwise noted. Items are sold in their current condition with all faults, if any. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
3. **Store Location Sale.** This estate sale is being conducted inside **Lee's Trinkets**. Items have been consigned or sourced from clients who are liquidating estates. This is **not** an on-site sale at a private residence.
4. **No Warranties.** Lee's Trinkets makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the condition, authenticity, functionality, completeness, or suitability of any item.
5. **Reasonable Offers Welcome.** We are happy to consider reasonable offers on many items. Acceptance of any offer is at the sole discretion of Lee's Trinkets.
6. **Item Holds.** We are happy to hold items with a **50% non-refundable deposit**. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon pickup date. Failure to complete the purchase by the agreed date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
7. **Accepted Payment Methods.** We accept:

* Venmo
* Apple Pay

8. **No Checks Accepted.** Personal or business checks are not accepted.
9. **First Come, First Served.** Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless a deposit has been placed to hold an item.
10. **Pricing Errors.** Lee's Trinkets reserves the right to correct pricing or description errors prior to completing a sale.
11. **Shop at Your Own Risk.** Customers are responsible for exercising caution while shopping. Lee's Trinkets is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property while on the premises.
