Cash is preferred, but we will also accept credit via a square or PayPal. All sales are final, no guarantees. We are not responsible for accidents, parents are responsible for their children. The family is still in residence, so please be respectful of portions of the house that are blocked off. Also many shelves and tables will not be for sale as we will need them for “part 2.” Loading and carrying help is available for small furniture and other items. Moving of larger furniture is up to the buyer, arrangements for some can be on a day following the sale but payment must be in full on day of the sale and there is no refund.

This is the first sale of downsizing after 52 years. Please check back here, more specific information and pictures will be added soon.  (A second sale will be in June and will feature mostly different items from other parts of the property.) Included in this sale will be: an upright piano from about 1914, quilting fabric, quilt project in progress, quilts, vintage aprons, vintage couch, games (modern, vintage, and antique), kitchen and cooking items, vintage and antique dishes, serving platters, a 12 place setting of Noritake (some have never been used), Tupperware and more.
