We're in the city with this weeks' sale because our clients are in the country enjoying their farm! Yes, they packed up their clothes and some favored mementoes and told us to sell it all!
Our premier piece is a six and a half foot grand piano. A Beautiful Boston, Steinway A-III 6'4'' recital grand piano, designed by Steinway and sons! Model GP 193 189991 Pe-11. It is a mere five years old. Purchased for $42,500, we are offering it for $32,000. Please pass this find on to the musicians in your circle. We are looking for the perfect home for this beauty! Our client is willing to pay the moving costs for the piano.
The furniture is mostly less than five years old. Contemporary furniture, in very good condition. Why pay showroom prices? Furniture includes but is not limited to:

- Queen size bed with matching night stand and wardrobe

We have a beautiful Noritake, Platinum china set, glassware, crystal, clean kitchen items, cookware, Crate and Barrel dishes and so much more. Our clients have recently remodeled much of the house and have a collection of both ceiling and wall light fixtures.
