Description & Details
Because this estate is on a narrow South City street,
we're opting to begin each sale at noon each Friday & Saturday,
which should allow homeowners to leave,
in order to give more parking spaces for our customers.
The 1st sale is on the second floor, entry at the front of the home.
Because there are so many wonderful items, we're giving it two weekends.

I've had a few questions about pricing. All items are priced and ready to go when we open. We don't give out pricing ahead of time.
However, you may bid via my email on any item.
