This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.

Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9, close at 1pm Line numbers will be given out at 8 am.
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm

Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.

You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.

This house has filled up very nicely. We will be offering lots of great smalls, quite a bit of mid century modern pieces and some wonderful furniture. We have quite a bit of seasonal items and simply a full house jam packed with some great smalls all in fantastic shape. 

This is one of two sales we are having in the city this weekend. Our other sale will be the same three days, but will be 11am to 3pm and it will be at 3150 Geyer Avenue which is a gated community in the Compton Heights neighborhood. We hope to see you at both of our sales. 

Remember, at both of our sales, we will be firm on Friday, 25% off on Saturday and half off on Sunday. 

This will be a full weekend for us with two sales. But it will only be successful if all of you come and make it so. See you all this weekend.
