Items are available for purchase before the FINAL MARKDOWN sale are discounted, but not at the FINAL MARKDOWN price. We will NOT quote any FINAL MARKDOWN prices before the sale on August 8th. We will NOT hold any furniture for sale, before or during the FINAL MARKDOWN sale.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please look over the items before purchasing.

We accept cash and physical credit cards, we cannot accept electronic payments.

You can have your furniture delivered for an additional delivery fee. You can also arrange for your own delivery, but the items must be picked up during our regular business hours, before the end of August. If you are taking the items yourself, please bring your own help and tools for moving large and heavy items. We cannot help with moving or carry any purchased items. We will not provide and bags or packing materials.
