This Estate Sale is in a lovely neighborhood in Webster Groves, Mo.
The home is filled with beautiful Antique Furniture from the late 1800s through the 1950s. You'll find tons of smalls as well.
We are still opening boxes and unpacking many items soon to be photographed. I was in the huge crawl space today and pulled out OLD CHRISTMAS, OLD BUTTONS and FABRIC.
There must be 100 boxes in the basement filled with the fathers collections. Stay tuned.

Grandma was an antiques lover and dealer. Her family helped her exhibit at antique shows in the 60s and early 70s and many times had the pick of the litter when it came to early buying . Many of those "finds" are for sale in this estate.
She wrote about gardening and everyday life during 64 years with the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, writing 2 columns. They were serialized in Ladies Home Journal. 
She was also a well known author and penned over 10 books, with one of the most popular being a history of Webster Groves, Mo, a suburb of St. Louis. 
Her book featured over 80 black and white illustrations / photographs of Webster Groves - historic homes, architecture, residents, bands, clubs, church buildings and members, railroad, business district, schools etc..
Her daughter was a librarian, world traveler and collector of many antiques. Her great taste is reflected in her items you'll find in the sale.
