This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.

- on Friday , line numbers at 8am, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
Our pricing structure will be as follows...
Our first day (Friday) prices will be firm.
On our second day, Saturday prices will be 25% off
On our third day, Sunday prices will be 50% off

This is a cute little story with regards to how this sale came about . . .
When this client of mine became a widow, she met her current guy online. His spouse had also passed away several years prior After they dated for quite a while, they decided to move in together. So, both of them have sold their homes, and moved into a retirement center together. A couple of months ago, we did his sale, and now we are doing her sale as she prepares to put her house on the market.
This is an older but typical Kirkwood home. This two story house is very full of several decades of accumulation. My client was an avid sewer and the fact that she moved here several years ago from England, means that the house is also full of great collectables from England.
The pictures will speak for themselves. The basement, the garage, the main floor and the second floor all create a lot of square footage and a lot of stuff to look at.
Looking forward to seeing all of our regulars in a sale that's a little bit out of our normal operating area, but we are still very thrilled to be doing this great sale.
