We usually have help for loading unless noted.

All items in sale are photographed after set-up. These items are owned by the client up to and until the opening of the sale, and could be removed without notice. As a known and reputable estate sale company, we do our best to make sure all items photographed are included in the sale, but we cannot control what our clients do, and hope you can understand when these things happen. This is the estate of a long-time associate of Ralph Fournier, a renowned Mid-Century Modern architect and Painter, Artist Extraordinaire. This estate is full of Ralph Fournier paintings, drawings and more. Lots of other paintings, furniture and antique items.

Small house, limited entry

Glendale is serious about parking, so if you want a ticket, park like everyone did in sunset hills last week. That was rough. Come on people. Please be respectful of neighbors, their lawns. Stop yelling at neighbors.

House includes:

- Several Ralph Fournier Paintings. Quality pieces with some value, since he passed away last year.

- So many other paintings, collages, drawings and more from other artists inside and outside the St.Louis area

- Lots of nice globe lamps, with 2 areas of light

- Stickley Nightstands

- Nicer Maple dressers, nightstands and more

- Lots of great decorative items including pottery and glassware
