This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.
Hours are as follows...
- on Friday , line numbers at 8am, doors open at 9am, close at 2pm
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 2pm
-on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 2pm
Our pricing structure will be as follows...
Our first day (Friday) prices will be firm.
On our second day, Saturday prices will be 25% off
On our third day, Sunday prices will be 50% off
You will have until 2pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made before then.
This is a very tiny house. However, it is paced to the rafters. Depending on our turn out on the first day, there is a fairly good chance we may be limiting the amount of people allowed in when we open. We believe we can accommodate the first 30-35 people holding numbers when we open at 9am.
The smalls in this house are fabulous. We have lots of name brand pottery and mid century kitchenware and decor. We will be featuring some Fiesta accessory pieces, McCoy vases and pitchers and some great vintage plastic ware.
There is a large amount of nice costume jewelry.
We have a 4 piece wooden file cabinet set of 4 drawers each with 2 side panels.The brand is Globe Wernicke.
We will also be featuring a rare French bronze statue from the early 1900's.
There will be lots of women's clothing - large sizes including XL-3XL. Many of them are name brand.
Collectors and re-sellers alike will be thrilled to have the opportunity to browse through a sale like this. It is overwhelming.
As always, the staff of Al's Estate Sales will eagerly be waiting to load your large purchases for you. Remember this is a cash only sale. This will not be a quick walk through. Allow yourself some time.
