This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.
Hours are as follows...
- on Friday , line numbers at 8am, doors open at 9am, close at 2pm
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 2pm
-on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 2pm
Our pricing structure will be as follows...
Our first day (Friday) prices will be firm.
On our second day, (Saturday) prices will be 25% off
On our third day, (Sunday) prices will be 50% off
You will have until 2pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.
On all three days of the sale, we will have adequate help in assisting you in loading your purchases. We are one of the few estate sale companies that offer this service and in most cases you will not need help on our end.
The owner of the estate is a retired popular shoe repair shop owner. His strong Italian heritage is very prevalent as you walk through this home. It is full of some great collectable items and everything seems to be in very good condition. This should be a fun sale for everybody. Here is a list of just some of the items you will find:

- Corner curio cabinet
- Many figurines, sold older
Everything is priced to sell, the deals get even better on our second and third days, as our daily discounts include 25% off on Saturday and 50% off on Sunday.
As always, the staff of Al's Estate Sales will eagerly assist you in loading your purchases.
Thanks to all the positive comments our regulars have been passing along to us. We try very hard to be the type of estate sale company that everyone enjoys attending. We do our best to walk that fine line of giving you the best possible deals we can but at the same time doing the best job we can for our client.
