This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.

For the three sales we are having this weekend, this being one of them, we will not have numbers one hour before like we usually do. Instead, We will have a sign at each of our three sales that will have the opening time listed on the sign and the sign will also say "LINE STARTS HERE". So, early birds will have to stand in a line. Again, we are using this "no numbers" system for our three sales this weekend only. We will go back to giving out numbers starting next week. We are sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this change may cause.

Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm NO LINE NUMBERS - SEE INFO ABOVE
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm

You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.

Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.

Mr. Thomure was a long time art teacher in the Affton School District at the Jr High/Middle School grade levels. Obviously, he loved art and this house is full of artwork and supplies.

This house is full of great household items and has many years of accumulation. We have furniture from all eras along with some great kitchenware, clothing, books and just some great everyday household items.

It is a full house and there should be something for everyone at this sale.

This is one of three sales that we are having over the same three day weekend period. This sale is from 9am until 1pm. We have another sale where the hours are 8am until 11am and it is about a block and a half away. Our third sale is off of Mattis Road and will run from noon until 4pm the same three days. For the three sales we are having this weekend, this being one of them, we will not have numbers one hour before like we usually do. Remember these things . . . we are cash only, you will have until closing time on Sunday to pick up anything you purchase at any of our sales over the weekend, we load things for you and at all of our sales we are firm on Friday, 25% off on Saturday and half off on Sunday.
