This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.

Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9am close at 1pm Line numbers will be given out at 8 am
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm

You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.

Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.

This little house is going to be a great sale. We have some wonderful things in the large two car detached garage. Just simply, lots of great smaller tools including lawnmowers and yard tools and just some great overall garage items. Once inside the home you will find some great kitchenware including Pyrex bowls and other name brand kitchen stuff. We will have a fair amount of costume jewelry and lots of purses and other great household items.

It is a smaller sale but packed with great values. But another great reason to come is because we have another sale just three doors away. You will literally be able to park your car and walk to both sales easily. Our other sale is also posted on this website and is on Roscommon. That second sale will open and close an hour later than this one. Therefore, that sale on Roscommon has hours of 10am until 2pm. We stagger the starts so you will be able to attend both sales.

As always, our sales are cash only, and we will always assist you in loading your purchases. Also remember, that at both of our sales we will be firm on Friday, 25% off on Saturday and half off on Sunday. You will have until the close of the sale on Sunday to pick up anything purchased over the three days.
