This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.

Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm Line numbers will be given out at 8am.
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm

You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.

Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.

This is one of two sale that we will be having in Affton. Both sales will be the exact same times. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 9am to 1pm. This sale is in the Pebble Hill subdivision off of Mackenzie. Our other sale, which will also be on the estatesales.net website, will be on Berwick across from Lutheran South High School off of Tesson Ferry. Driving directions and exact addresses will be posted 24 hours prior to both of our sales.

This sale is chalked full of great items and includes many years of accumulation.
