This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.
Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9, close at 1pm Line numbers will be given out at 8 am.
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.
You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.
Hoarders Houses are a lot of fun. This is one of those houses we will be talking about for a long time. My listing of features listed below is just some of the highlights of this sale. The owner has been single since the 80's and this entire house was decked out like a man cave. This is every man's dream to be able to decorate the inside of a home the way this guy did. There is so much awesome collectibles that it is overwhelming. The tools and the workshop in the basement is phenomenal. Let's get started with what's in the house.
- Lots of hand wood carved items including a 4 foot tall indian.
- A wood carved totem pole
- A plethora of beer steins and mugs
- Lots of bear decor and items
- Lots of advertising pieces
- Many reproduction tin product signs
- A full kitchen with lots of great kitchen ware

- Lots of older A/B items (he was a career A/B employee)

- An antique chocolate rabbit mold
- Some older stereo equipment
- A great collection of 50's/60's restaurant menus (many from St. Louis)
- A couple dozen collectible steel die cast cars
- A wide assortment of adult material
- A nice waterfall bedroom set
- Some military clothing
- Lots of table top saws in the workroom
- A huge pile of scrap wood
- Shelves and shelves and shelves full of hand tools, power tools, drill bits, etc.

These hoarder sales are not quick walk throughs. We recommend you bring a bag or a box with you as we are running very low on our shopping baskets. As always, the staff of Al's Estate Sales will gladly assist you in loading your purchases. And remember, we are firm on Friday, 25% off on Saturday and half off on Sunday. There will be no bundling on the first day, Friday. However, we will start bundling on Saturday and we will be doing some major bundling on Sunday. We have to get rid of everything, so come and get some bargains. This promises to be a fun one.
